Account Blocking Policy

It remains the responsibility of our customers to ensure that their contact information, payment information and account status is up to date and that they are not in arrears and available to respond to queries within a 24 hour period.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements is subject at HAIMSA IT’s sole discretion to temporary suspend or block an account without further notice to the customer until remedy of the fault/situation has been received/done/rectified.
