And how do we charge, what is our payment policy?

Small and Medium-sized projects: 50% when work starts. The remaining 50% before deployment of the completed project.

Large or Bespoke web application projects: 35% when work starts. 35% on a mutually agreed intermediate milestone and 30% remaining followed by deployment of the completed project.

No. We discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, we work hard so that the outlined price quote is strictly adhered to.

During web development,  clients sometimes change the scope of a project once underway.  This usually relates to specific functionality. If the need to alter the price quote arises, we will communicate this to you before any extra work is started. 

Yes, we absolutely like to meet with our clients, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we don’t do onsite meetings, but rather opt for virtual meetings using MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, Teamviewer, and Google Meets. 

All projects are generally completed with contact via email, WhatsApp chats, and telephone. Websites are placed on our secure testing server for you to view the work in progress. This way we can have regular communication to ensure you are getting exactly what you expect from our Dev team.

For small businesses, we prefer to work on open-source technologies because it is affordable.  Propriety software development is expensive, especially with licensing.

If you require a simple, static informational type website with limited functionality, then we will build it using Bootstrap or HTML.

The timescale of a website project is often dictated by the client. If you have a realistic deadline in mind we will make every effort to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client. For most projects, we try to work within the 4-6 week time frame.

All websites we build are fully responsive.  This means they adjust to the screen size automatically when opened on your mobile device’s browser. With mobile apps development, we can also convert your website into a mobile app and publish them to the Google Playstore and iOS Store.

It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example,  we prefer images to be in jpeg, jpg, png. Written content in MS Word and downloadable documents in pdf.

There are many different methods that can be used to update websites. The method you choose and the functionality we build into your website design are solely up to you and your budget restrictions. 

If you have a small website consisting of just a few pages and will only wish to make changes as and when then it is more cost-effective simply to ask us to carry out these changes for you. This is because the website was probably designed using code and if you lack the skills to do this yourself, you may damage your website.
