What We Will Do
Upon receipt of your complaint, our Customer Services Manager will thoroughly investigate any issues raised and propose a course of action for resolution.
You should expect to receive a response to your query within seven business days of us receiving your correspondence.
It may also be necessary for us to contact you during the course of the investigation.
